I will advertise your property on the Internet (to potentially tens of thousands of buyers).

I will place your property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so that color photographs and a complete description will be available to every other real estate agent and on the Internet.

I will prepare flyers for your property and place a "For Sale" sign on the property.

I will promote your property locally with other real estate agents on the Big Island and other Hawaiian islands.

I will provide you with a Seller's Net Sheet.

I will keep you updated on property showings and comparable properties that have sold, are active, or are in escrow.

I will assist the buyer's agent in prequalifying her clients so that you do not have a lengthy escrow.

I will represent you in the presentation of all offers by selling brokers and help you negotiate the best possible price for your property.

I will follow up and keep you informed after a contract has been accepted on all mortgage, title and other escrow-related matters.

I will assist you in reviewing your final closing documents to ensure there are no errors or omissions and accompany you to the closing table if possible.
